From fireworks to picnics to parties and more, here's how to celebrate the Fourth of July in San Diego for the perfect Independence Day.

2- Big Bay Boom
Enjoy California’s largest fireworks display—best viewed from Shelter Island, Harbor Island, the Embarcadero area and Coronado Landing. 9PM
3-Independence Day Fireworks Spectacular at SeaWorld
Celebrate July 4th with an incredible fireworks display along with other in-park Independence Day themed events. July 1–4, fireworks start at approx. 9:45PM
4- 4th of July Fireworks off the Ocean Beach Pier
Enjoy a day at the beach along with spectacular fireworks show. 9PM
5- Mission Bay Summer Fireworks
This beloved San Diego tradition is back and better than ever on July 3rd, beginning at 9PM and launching from near Mission Bay Yacht Club. Viewing packages will also be provided by:
- Bahia Resort Hotel – A sightseeing cruise, departing from the Bahia Resort at 8PM, offers views of the fireworks from the middle of the Bay. Tickets are available online.

6- La Jolla Fireworks

7- Historic Old Town Fourth of July
This festive event includes a parade and 4th of July-themed crafts and activities. 11AM
8- Coronado 4th of July Parade
Held on the beautiful Orange Avenue, this parade is followed by a concert in Spreckels Park and fireworks over Glorietta Bay. 10AM
9- Red, White, & Boom Legoland
Treat yourself and the family to a fun day of rides, LEGOS and 4th of July fireworks. Activities are included in the cost of admission to LEGOLAND California. Park opens 10AM, Carlsbad
10- 4th of July Fireworks Cruise
