I could not recommend the Joslin Team more. They helped us with the entire sale process after the passing of our father. They helped with estate sale, repairs, inspections and all the details to get the property sold for over asking with multiple bids. We aren't local to Rancho Carrillo or Carlsbad and were worried about the task at hand to manage the sale of a house. Crystal got things done.
